Loyalty Points and Rewards Redemption Policy

We are committed to rewarding our customers through our loyalty points program, in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

1) Earning Points:
Points are awarded to customers upon completing purchases in accordance with the company's approved mechanism.

2) Redeeming Points:
Customers may redeem their points when making a purchase, as follows:

• Every 1,000 points is equivalent to SAR 20.
• The value of redeemed points will be deducted when used by the customer at the time of purchase.

3) Points Validity:
Points are valid for 360 days from the date they are earned.

4) Expiration:
Points will automatically expire 360 days after they are added to the customer's account and cannot be restored or claimed after expiration.

5) Non-Transferability:
Points are personal and may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash.

6) Order Cancellation or Returns:
In the event of an order cancellation or return, the customer will forfeit the points earned from that order.
